How do I contact a builder?
Each builder profile has a "View Profile & Hire" button. Click it to send a message via their preferred channel (email or external link).
Are there fees for hiring a builder?
No. HireNocoPro charges no commission or marketplace fees. You agree the rate directly with the builder and pay them however you both prefer.
What if a builder doesn't respond?
Most builders reply within 48 hours. If you don't hear back, try another builder — many similar profiles are available. You can also contact our support team to flag inactive listings.
Can I see real reviews?
Yes — every builder profile shows their rating and the number of reviews from past clients. Reviews are verified to prevent fake feedback.

How do I create a listing?
Click "List Your Skills" in the top navigation. Fill out the form with your details, tools, rate and portfolio link. Listings go live within 24 hours after our quick review.
How do I edit my listing?
Once approved, you'll receive an email with a unique link to edit your profile any time. You can update tools, rates, availability and contact info.
What's the difference between Free and Premium?
Free listings appear in the directory with standard placement. Premium (£30/mo) gets you featured placement, multiple links, more photos and priority in search results.
How does verification work?
Submit a verification request through your dashboard with portfolio links and 2 client references. Our team reviews within 5 business days. Verified profiles earn a badge, more visibility, and higher trust signals.
How do I get more enquiries?
Complete your profile fully, add a strong portfolio link, set realistic rates, and respond to enquiries quickly. Premium and verified profiles consistently receive 3-4x more enquiries.
Account & Billing
How do I cancel my premium subscription?
Go to your account settings → billing → cancel subscription. Your premium features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
What's your refund policy?
We offer full refunds within 14 days of premium purchase if you're not satisfied. Verified Pro one-time fees are non-refundable once verification is complete.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@hirenocopro.com with your account email and we'll delete your data within 30 days, in line with UK GDPR.
