1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HireNocoPro (the "Service"), operated by PEL Marketing Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. The Service
HireNocoPro is an online directory connecting businesses with no-code builders, freelancers and agencies. We provide a listing and discovery platform — we are not a party to any agreement, transaction or contract between users.
4. User Accounts
- You're responsible for safeguarding your account credentials
- You must provide accurate, current information
- You're responsible for all activity under your account
- One person/business per account — no shared accounts
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use
5. Listings & Content
If you list yourself as a builder, you agree that:
- All information is accurate, truthful and up to date
- You hold the rights to all photos, logos and portfolio content shared
- You'll honour the rates, services and availability you advertise
- You won't post duplicate, misleading or fraudulent listings
We reserve the right to review, edit, refuse or remove any listing at our sole discretion.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Post false, misleading or fraudulent content
- Impersonate another person or business
- Harass, threaten or harm other users
- Spam or send unsolicited bulk communications
- Scrape, harvest or extract data from the Service without permission
- Reverse engineer, hack or attempt to gain unauthorised access
- Use the Service for illegal activities
- Upload viruses, malware or harmful code
- Circumvent payment systems or commit fraud
7. Payments & Premium Services
Some features (Premium listings, Verified Pro badges) require payment. By purchasing:
- You authorise us to charge your payment method
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal
- Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase per our refund policy
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its logo, design, code and content (excluding user-submitted content), is owned by PEL Marketing Ltd and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.
By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and distribute your content solely to operate and promote the Service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE. WE DO NOT VERIFY THE QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS OR REPRESENTATIONS OF BUILDERS LISTED — USERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN DUE DILIGENCE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PEL MARKETING LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) DURING THAT PERIOD, OR £100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be lawfully excluded — such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PEL Marketing Ltd from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content or your breach of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@hirenocopro.com.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will first be addressed by good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales — except where you reside in a jurisdiction (such as the EU or US) that grants you the right to bring claims in your local courts, in which case those rights are preserved.
14. US Users — Arbitration Notice
If you reside in the United States, any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that you may bring small-claims actions in your local court.
15. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or prominent site notice with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
