1. Scope of This Agreement
This User Agreement applies to all users of HireNocoPro, both Builders (those listing services) and Hirers (those searching for services). It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Builder Responsibilities
If you list yourself as a no-code builder on HireNocoPro, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information — your skills, experience, tools and rates must be truthful
- Honour your stated rates — don't bait-and-switch with quoted prices
- Maintain quality — deliver work matching the level you advertise
- Respond promptly — reply to enquiries within a reasonable time (we recommend 48 hours)
- Update your availability — mark yourself as unavailable when fully booked
- Use your real identity — no pseudonyms, fake names or undisclosed teams
- Hold IP rights — only post portfolio work you have rights to display
- Comply with tax laws — you're responsible for your own income tax and registrations
- Not solicit off-platform fraud — engaging clients then disappearing is grounds for permanent ban
3. Hirer Responsibilities
If you use HireNocoPro to find a builder, you agree to:
- Communicate respectfully — no harassment, abuse or discriminatory language
- Be transparent about your project — clearly explain scope, timeline and budget
- Pay fairly and on time per the agreement you reach with your builder
- Provide honest feedback in reviews — based on actual experience, not retaliation
- Respect intellectual property — pay for work delivered; don't steal builder ideas or code
- Avoid scams — don't request work without intent to pay or use HireNocoPro as a free pitching tool
- Not poach for competitors — don't approach builders only to recruit them away from the platform
4. Reviews & Ratings
Reviews must be:
- Honest — reflect your real experience
- Verified — only after a real engagement has occurred
- Respectful — no defamation, slurs or threats
- Original — not copied or fabricated
We may remove reviews that violate these rules. Builders cannot demand or threaten review changes — doing so is a serious breach.
5. Verification Programme
Builders may apply for verification. To be verified, you must:
- Submit at least 2 portfolio links demonstrating real work
- Provide 2 client references we can verify
- Complete identity verification (passport, driver's licence or company registration)
- Pass our quality review
Verification badges may be revoked if standards drop or fraud is detected.
6. Communication Outside the Platform
HireNocoPro encourages direct communication between builders and hirers. We don't take a commission on any engagement, and we don't require you to use a specific payment system.
However, transactions outside our platform are at your own risk. We recommend using secure payment methods (Stripe, PayPal Goods & Services, escrow services for large projects).
7. Disputes Between Users
HireNocoPro is not a party to agreements between users. We don't mediate disputes — but we may:
- Investigate reports of fraud, abuse or breach of this agreement
- Suspend or ban accounts found in violation
- Cooperate with law enforcement when required
Users are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably and use proper legal channels for unresolved issues.
8. Spam & Solicitation
Strictly prohibited:
- Mass unsolicited messages to builders or hirers
- Recruitment for unrelated services or platforms
- MLM, pyramid schemes or get-rich-quick offers
- Cryptocurrency / NFT solicitations not related to legitimate no-code projects
- Adult content or services
9. Intellectual Property of User Content
You retain all ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant HireNocoPro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute and promote your content for the purpose of operating the Service.
10. Reporting Violations
If you see content or behaviour that violates this agreement, please report it:
- Email trust@hirenocopro.com
- Use the "Report" button on any profile (where available)
- For urgent legal issues, email legal@hirenocopro.com
We investigate all reports within 5 business days.
11. Consequences of Violation
Violations of this agreement may result in:
- Warning
- Listing removal
- Account suspension
- Permanent ban
- Loss of paid subscriptions or verification (no refund for breach-related terminations)
- Legal action where appropriate
12. Changes
We may update this agreement. Material changes will be communicated via email or site notice 14 days in advance.
